In partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, McCarthy Building Companies’ Houston Division recently built a Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course for Caden, a nine-year-old boy with Lymphoma. Caden is a fan of the “American Ninja Warrior” show. His wish is to tackle challenging obstacle courses just like his favorite athletes on the show. McCarthy employees volunteered for the two-day period to build Caden the course which included activities such as a rock wall, warped wall, seesaw, uneven balance beam, monkey pegs, Tarzan ropes, salmon ladder and a finish bell. Caden is now able to enjoy the course with his siblings and cousins.

McCarthy's "Heart Hats" community involvement program is dedicated to encouraging, supporting and recognizing McCarthy employees' volunteer efforts in a variety of causes to ensure real needs are being met in communities where employees work, live and play.
